This project involved the construction of four houses and three bungalows, built in a mix of timber frame and traditional, on behalf of Peaks and Plains Housing Trust, for rent and shared ownership.

The works included:

• Bulk Excavation and Installation of Clean Cover Systems
• Strip Foundations and Suspended Floor Slabs
• Infiltration Drainage system and Storage Tank
• Highway and Utility Infrastructure
• External Works including Permeable Block Paving
