This project comprised a new build warehouse and a load and go area at Ribble Packaging in Oldham.

Then groundworks and civils works included Access and External Hardstanding Improvements, Bulk Excavation, CFA Piling, RC Foundations and Retaining Structures, Ducting, Drainage and Attenuation Tank, External Concrete Slabs and New Access Road.
