The project consists of 8 new build houses and 16 apartments built on behalf of The Guinness Partnership for rent.

The groundworks and civils included Bulk Excavation, CFA Piling, RC Foundations, S38 & S278 Highway Works, S104 Drainage with 1200mm Pipes for Attenuation, External Works, Block Paving and Landscaping.
