The works involved the construction of two extensions to a special needs school along with associated external playground works. Civils works included:

1. Formation of a temporary highway crossover and haul road to provide access to the extensions at the rear of the school
2. Re-location of the existing attenuation tank along with an increase in its volume
3. Piled foundations and suspended insulated PCC floor slabs
4. Drainage and external works
5. Construction of new car parking and playground areas with permeable surfacing and sub-base
6. Soft Landscaping
