This housing project comprised of 15 new build houses for rent, built on behalf of The Guinness Partnership.

The groundworks and civils work included Site Remediation, Bulk Excavation, Vibro Piling, Concrete Foundations, S278 Highway Works ,Drainage and SW Infiltration Tanks, New Access Road, External Works, Paving and Landscaping
